JK Files & Tools manufactures a range of high-speed steel twist drills and tool bits. JK Files & Tools `s Long Series Drills are straight shank drills with increased flute length for drilling deep and inaccessible holes or for use in conjunction with drill bushings. The range covers: 1.0 mm to 32.0 mm [inches 3/64 to 1.15/64] with h8 tolerance. The Long Series Drills are available in blue finish, slow and quick helix and have the following features:
- Finish - bright;
- point angle - standard 118° to 120°;
- right hand cutting and right hand normal helix;
The manufacturing specifications is conforming to IS: 5102/DIN: 340/BS: 328/ISO.
