Some of the standard packages consist of fermentor control system, complete automation of fermentation plant, chemical process control system, automation of bulk drugs and fine chemicals manufacturing plant, distillation control system, solvent recovery plant automation, boiler automation, compressor automation, chilling plant automation, hvac plant automation, etc. Instrumentation and automation packages can also be custom-built to suit any other processes or equipment systems not listed above. Work scopes for turnkey projects comprises study of the existing system, complete design of the package as per process dictates and customer preferences, manufacture/procurement and supply of the various components forming part of the package, installation, and commissioning of the system at site and training of operating and maintenance personnel.
