Navin process systems presents inoculation and sampling valves for fermentors that are manufactured out of stainless steel aisi-316, with elastomers of ptfe, ethylene propylene [ep] rubber, or silicone rubber; and are sterilisable insitu with steam. Adherence to good engineering practices during manufactures of these items ensure that they are perfectly suitable for sterile applications, such as those encountered in fermentation systems. The sampling valves are of import substitute product and are thus ideally suited to the end users requirement, both in terms of price and time. The sampling valves are suitable for installation on all sizes, makes and types of fermentors; including retrofitting on existing ones. And can also be installed on existing indian/imported laboratory and pilot plant fermentors of any make and size. The fermentor inoculation devices are useful for safe transfer of inoculum from the laboratory flaks/bottles to the fermentor, either by gravity or by means of a peristaltic pump. These devices are very compact and consist of pipe section with sterilisable valves, hose connection and cap. A small bleeder opening is provided for effective in-situ steam sterilisation of the assembly.
