Navin process systems offer patented gable top cartooning machines [omni-pak], a complete line for high-speed packaging of both liquid and non-liquid materials such as milks, juices, beverages, liquid-food, non-foods and dry foods, with cartons and spout caps. Operating capacity of the machine for pure liquids is 3000 packs per hour [without spout] and 2500 packs per hour [with spout]. Omni-pak systems are fully automatic and cover major process operations, including bottom sealing for shaping the carton pack; punching the cartons in various sizes and shapes, with perfect removal of paper chips towards the outside; spouting the caps by an ultrasonic welder specially designed to give the tightest sealing; precision filling of the liquid and non-liquid material for capacities ranging from 250 ml up to 1000 ml; and top sealing and printing of expiry date. The omni-pak systems cost less in terms of cartons and energy consumption. They lower the unit cost per pack with reference to materials, consumables, labour and amortisation. Optional accessories include the omni-spout punching and spouting unit [patented], and the "t-pak" t-top sealing unit [patented].
