This attachment facilitates to do the hardening, razing, soldering, tempering of heavy in-built component embedded in the machinery, boilers, turbines, heat exchanger and other abnormal contours. It is suitable for hardening of tie-rod end ball joints, shaft beds of machine tools, gear, teeth hardening of gears, sprocket and hand tool, etc. It is also useful for brazing tool bits, pressure pipes in heat exchangers, etc. Other applications are for soldering operation in radiator pipe, electronic circuit board, etc. The company has also launched additional products such as portable induction heater for forging. This portable induction heater for forging replaces the conventional oil-fired furnace for billet heating. These are superior than the conventional oil-fired furnace in terms of conversation cost, eliminates smoky working atmosphere. This also enhances die life and reduces scaling to a great extend.
