Superior engineers have designed and manufactured indigeneously for the first time vertical magnetic face conveyors which are useful for removal of ferrous chips/ contaminations from cutting oils or coolant used in the machine tools. These conveyors have a compact design and are also very economical than the conventional horizontal magnetic conveyors. They are suitable for use on machining centres, special purpose machines, gun drilling machines, ejector drilling machines, etc. The overall-size of the conveyor is determined on the basis of volume of chips/iron dust to be removed from the circulating oil. As the magnetic face is vertical, it is useful in reclaiming a large volume of oil from chips.
