Shiva electronics has introduced a photoelectric diffuse-beam sensor. It has adjustable sensing range from 10 cm to 1.8 meters. The sensor includes additional feature [optional]: built-in `on` delay and `off` delay of 30 seconds each. There are three separate trimpots on the backside of the sensor that permit for fine adjustments of the sensing range, `on` delay and `off` delay. The sensor has wide application in machine tool, paper, pharmaceutical, textile, cement, automotive, food, packaging and other industries.
