These welding heads are modular in structure and are mounted on aluminium extruded sections.These enable placing the welding heads vertically or horizontally.The movement of the electrode is by using low inertia cylinders.Linear movement is by using linear motion guides.This ensures that movement is smooth without play.Heads are available in large range of weld force beginning from 10dn to 1300dn.The electrode holders have unique design with quick coupling for inserting water cooling tubes.The w welding heads can also be retrofitted onto any spot/projection welding machine.
