The salient features of the system include: inner chamber made of thick gauge ss 304 sheet duly polished and fusion welded; outer chamber made of ms sheet and finished in attractive powder coat; trays made of perforated ss sheet for accomodating blood bags; superior insulation with high density puf all around the inner cabinet ensures absolute insulation and energy conservation; built-in forced air circulation fan by imported integral motor provides uniformity of temperature inside the cabinet; and, aircooled condensor using continuous rating imported integral motor fan system provides maximum efficieny to the refrigeration cycle. The main door is provided with magnetic gaskets. Sub doors are made of 4 mm thick imported perspex sheets just adequate for loading and unloading of samples without any loss of cooling effect. Control panel consists of fully solid state digital temperature indicator cum controller with audio visual alarm for control failure and temperature rise due to power failure, automatic built-in voltage stabilizer and back-up safety feature, solid state relays, fuses, etc. The equipment rests on long lasting heavy-duty castor wheels for silent and easy mobility.
