Imperial products is offering paper/ foil slitter. It is also known as gang slitter or roll-to-roll slitter. It is ideal for very thin metals less than 0.1 mm in thickness. Paper/ foil slitter is capable of slitting different types if papers, adhesive tapes, insulation tapes, recording tape, cloth, polyester, rubber sheets, cellophane, fabrics condenser paper, rice paper etc. Foil slitter is equipped with two slitting orbors, decoiler scrap winder and recoiler. The driving unit of the machine consists of one driving motor, worm reduction gear box, piv drive, tension controllers with friction clutches.
