Meera udyog [instrument division] supplies a wide range of profile projectors for non-contact dimensional measurements, inspection and quality control in industries, laboratories and institutions. These profile projectors are available in screen sizes from 20 mm to 600 mm diameter, rotatable on high precision imported bearings via a fine rotation knob for smooth motion, with angular measurements up to1 minute. Standard magnifications available are 10x, 20x and 50x with high-resolution optics for crisp and accurate image formation. All the profile projectors come fitted with both contour as well as surface illumination, with high intensity halogen bulbs and cooling fan. The work stages, movable on high precision lm guides are available in various sizes. The company also manufactures the newly launched floating stage with both rapid and fine motions to reduce inspection time and user fatigue. The stage travel can be from 25 mm x 25 mm via micrometer heads [mitutoyo] to required length via dro systems.
