These include 5 digit led display of 10 mm size and quartz crystal controlled time base, designed with exclusive one chip micro computer lsi circuitry. They come in contact type, non contact type or a combination of contact cum non contact type models. The contact type can measure from 5 to 99999 rpm and non contact type, from 0.5 to 19999 rpm. It has resolution from 0.L rpm up to 9999 rpm, with an accuracy of +0.05% + 1 digit. The measuring distance of non contact type tachometer is approximately 50 to 150 mm. The unit has last value, maximum value and minimum value memory.
