Vanjax sales manufactures a special purpose hydraulic press. It has a capacity of 200 tonne, horizontal type for track pin removal and installation in certain type of off-road and combat vehicles. The caterpillar tracks used in bulldozers and army tanks require replacement of track pins and parts as and when worn out. The press complete with track roller conveyor was designed, developed and manufactured in india without any foreign collaboration. Main technical specifications are: capacity maximum thrust of two rams--200 tonne; maximum working pressure--360 bar; length with auxiliary conveyors--10, 460 mm; width--2,420 mm; height--1,200 mm.
