Mitsuba system offers a twin powder system in m 700 series. The equipment comprises of 2 corona powder spray guns in one unit along with 2 control panels and one hopper with 2 smooth flow powder pumps. The entire system is trolley mounted. It is ideal for back to back operation where 2 operators are using separate guns in conveyorized plants. The all new m 700 system has advanced features which includes the built in 100 kv electrostatic generator for enhanced transfer efficiency and increased coating speed. The gun is well balanced and easily manoeuvrable. It is constructed from wear resistant material and the powder path is specially rounded to prevent impact fusion and thus allow a smooth uninterrupted flow.
