Mitsuba systems supplies a new powder spray system, which uses a spraying technology that permits a very fast colour change. The whole system unit consists of a control panel, tribo and carona guns, trolley and a dipstick instead of the conventional fluidising hopper. The dipstick is a powerful vibrating pump, which does away with the need to use a hopper. Place a box of powder on the trolley. Just insert the dipstick into the box and spray. For efficient and economical colour change, remove dipstick from the box, clean dipstick by blowing air on it, insert dipstick in new colour box and spray. The most advantageous feature with this very practical system is it saves the operator`s at least 20 minutes during the colour change operation.
