Mitsuba has introduced powder spray system, sprayright 500.1. . This comprises the patented 100 kv resettable gun [us patent no: 5678770]. This gun has a dual cascade resulting in gun life double than that ofother guns. The system allows for continuous operations without having stopping for powder refilling, because it has a 25 kg stainless steel hopper. The equipment also includes an advanced control panel having an automatic performance monitoring system, *-tec-1. This continuously evaluates the performance of the equipment and visually indicates the results on the front facia. Thus unskilled labour can optimally use the system to confidently produce top results with unparalleled ease.
