The Single Needle Carpet Binding Sewing Machines are available in R-20HTC series. They are plain feed, flat bed, over-seaming stitch machines designed in particular to sew thick carpets and rugs. Heavy presser foot and feed-dog mechanism gives the machines great feeding power and also helps achieve smooth operation even when sewing on heaviest of materials. This extra heavy duty of Carpet Sewing Machine can sew an 8mm stitch to completely cover the edge of material being used. Single Needle Carpet Binding Sewing Machines can also be modified to sew a 12 mm stitch to give carpets the curved-line sewing stitch. Special order machines can be set to provide the 12 mm binding around the edges of the carpet.
