Smb engineers provides wet-type fly ash arresters and venturi scrubbers. Specification includes that the fly ash arresters can effectively arrest 100 per cent particles with sizes up to 1 0 micron and bring down the final exhaust emission level not exceeding 100 mg/nm3, this performance parameter is much below the standard set by pollution control board and significantly no fly ash would be seen in and around the factory. With these fly ash arresters systems a serious disposal problem in dry is automatically solved and hence the area around the chimney is maintained neat, clean and dust free. These systems comprises up of venturi, scrubber shell, recirculating pump and spray nozzles/cyclone wall washing arrangement to minimize dust in air. The wet scrubbers can be conveniently located before or after the id fan.
