Kant plastolog presents digital tensile testing machines. These machines have very rigid construction, and are available in capacities of 10 kg, 250 kg, 500 kg, 1,000 kg, etc. It works on a power supply of 440 v ac, three phase, 50hz. Speed is adjustable between 50 mm, 100 mm, and 250 mm per minute. It has microprocessor-based digital load & elongation indicator. Grip is made to reduce more slippage to specimen. It has dimensionally accurate machined parts/components. Dumbell cutting die is supplied as per is/astm specification. Cutting press is made from manually operated hydraulic jack. Optional attachment includes speed regulation through frequency, controlled ac drive, digital indication of per cent elongation through encoder, pneumatic press with auto cutting, computer interface with printout, etc. These machine find application in analysing the tensile, compression & elongation properties of plastics material as well as rubber, plywood, etc.
