This is a uniquely sized lathe with a swing over bed of 280 mm and distance between centre of 610 mm with a 1 hp single-phase electric motor. Dynamically balanced spindles run at speeds 125-2,000 rpm. Induction hardened guideways have better wear and tear resistance and superior performance. Hardened and ground gears enhance the life of the all geared head. The machines are supplied with steady rest, follow rest, three-jaw chuck, chip tray, splash guard, thread dial indicator, change gears and face plate.
