Poona bearing industries manufactures a screw operated, multistage telescopic rising platform. Which has many advantages over its hydraulic counterpart. The telescopic rising platform has low weight, high rigidity and lower wind resistance for a given stability and load rating. This system is operated by a single screw driving the nut mounted on telescopic stages one by one. All the stages have fail-safe lock that engages as the nut leaves the screw and the next stage engages to rise up with earlier stage. The system can be supplied in 8, 12 or more metres in height as per requirement of the user, and is trolley mounted for ease of handling. Four foldable screw jacks provide stable base for the structure and top platform can be rotated by a handle. Eccentrically mounted platform gives total freedom for operator to work in a 2.5 metre radius.
