Aditya enterprise is a manufacturer of a wide range of all geared head lathe machines - pioneer- 175 ghl series - with universal feed gearbox, height of centre 175 mm, bed width 280 mm and 40 mm spindle bore. All gears of head stock and splines are hardened and ground with profile grinding. The cam lock [size dl-4] type head stock spindle is hardened and ground with mt-5 taper bore. Head stock spindle has 8 speeds [54-1200 rpm]. Standard 2 v and 2 flat hardened and ground bed. A universal feed gearbox is provided with threading range in metric 31/0.2 - 6.5 mm. Inch 36/4-72 tpi, d.P. 21/8-44 and module 15/0.4 - 3.0. The total number of threads are 103, total number of feeds are 72 and ranges from longitudinal/rev 0.033 - 0.468 mm, trans- verse/rev 0.021 - 0.301 mm, feed box gears and spline are of en 8 material with toughening process and apron gears made from graded casting. The company provides 16-spindle speed [35-1200 rpm] spindle with two speeds motor on request. Polyurethane paints are available with international shades.
