Pilots India manufactures Ribbon Blender for Homogeneous Mixture. Pilots India undertakes design, development and production of specialized equipments and automated process to the individual customer requirements. Ribbon Blender is designed for complete and even mixing of moist and dry powders to a homogeneous mixture. The material is fed through a convenient hopper. In this machine there is a `U` tank and a pair of ribbons- driving material in opposite directions. A gearbox drives the ribbons. There will be a platform for machines of 500 kg and above capacity. Generally the contact parts are of stainless steel.
