Stanley machine tools has introduced bench type crm series cost effective riveting machines. These machines conform to international standards. These machines are designed with digital electronic timer finitely variable from 0.1 to 9.9 seconds so that unskilled operator can use it.. A handle at the rear enables major daylight adjustment, whereas a micromatic stop is used for fine adjustment. Least count of micromatic stop is 0.01 mm allowing riveting to take place on fragile materials like plastic, carbon brushes, etc. The material grain structure is not disturbed due to advance orbital riveting technology providing stronger riveted joints. These machines have a range from 1.5 mm to l2 mm solid ms and 1.5 mm to 12 mm in non-ferrous and hollow rivets. A significant productivity boost over the conventional method is obtained, as the riveting operation takes place in 2 to 3 seconds.. The machine is available totally tooled up, the customer just needs to connect air and electricity to start the machine.
