These machines are rigged with digital electronic timer finitely variable from 0.1 to 9.9 seconds allowing the use of a unskilled operator. A handle at the rear permits major daylight adjustment, while a micromatic stop is used for adjustment which is fine. The micromatic stop has a least count of 0.01 mm due to advance orbital riveting technology, the material grain structure is not disturbed giving stronger riveted joints. These machines have a range from 1.5 mm to 6 mm solid stainless steel rivets. Since the riveting operation takes place in 2 to 3 seconds, a significant productivity boost over the conventional method is obtained. The machine comes totally tooled up, the customer just needs to connect air and electricity to start the machine.
