Key Features of Attachable Quick Change Chucks
- Quick Change Features: QSB-QSBV and QSBA-QSBVA are attached to spindles conforming to DIN 55058 or similar. Also use SSM nut with the Adjustable Adaptor, which can easily be Quick-Changed.
- The Chuck is attached to the spindle using a special Grub Screw, six holes on the inner sleeve hole to accommodate the positional tolerance of the spindle to ensure an axially "free of play" tapped fitment.
- Length adjustment allows Pre-setting of the machine: QSBA and QSBVA has one handed tool change is activated without additional tooling when spindle is stationary.
