Working
Initially, the materials are passed through the jaw crushers and then the materials are fed through roller crushers. As the material passes through roller crushers heavy-duty beaters inside the crushers revolves at 1000 rpm crushes the material into 6 mm to 12 mm size. Materials crushed by the roller crushers turn to be mixture of metal contaminates and sand contaminates which goes to the third process. The roller crushers are fully fabricated ms and tank plate with five beaters and two adjustable weights to absorb the heavy strokes inside the machines. The roller crushers are also operated for crushing coal, stone and glass. They are used by various steel plants without any maintenance and are easy to operate.
