Jaya hind sciaky has introduced microprocessor controls for welding purpose. The salient features of these microprocessor controllers are:
- current and cycle time data entry through common function keys;
- led display for each step of weld sequence;
- several schedules to select welding programme for different jobs;
- selected schedule can be recalled instantly;
- interface facility for robotic welding and welding automation;
- in-built monitoring system for welding current and time with provision for setting upper and lower limits;
- visual signal is on when welding current or time exceeds the set limits;
- alarm and visual display for easy troubleshooting in case of scr short, lack of current, lack of weld;
- choice of secondary current feedback for constant current regulations or voltage compensation against input power supply variations; and
- machine mounted or free standing control panel.
