Vibro techniques manufactures electromagnetic vibratory bowl feeders. The vibratory bowl feeders are specially designed for feeding in oriented form a wide range of components such as steel balls, nuts, belts, washers, rivets, nails, caps, plugs, spoons, droppers, rings and various other components possessing very odd shapes. These vibratory feeders are effective for automatic feeding of such components to various machines such as presses, grinders, threading machines, knurling machines, and on automatic assembly lines. Depending upon the size, shape and weight of the components, the diameter of the vibratory bowl feeders varies from 200 mm to 1,000 mm. The feeder contains no moving parts and thus resulting in no wear and tear and no maintenance.
