Vibro techniques manufactures electromagnetic bowl feeders. These feeders work on the principal of vibrations formed by electromagnets housed inside the equipments. They are equipped such that the vibrations are spiral, linear, vertical or impact type depending upon the application. They are suitable to continuous process plants, automation lines or special applications like testing, compacting, declogging, etc. The feeders do not include any moving parts such as belts, essentrics, chains and sprokets. Thus wear and tear is less and does not require maintenance. The amplitude of vibration is variable from zero to 1.5 mm and the frequency is 3000 vibrations/minute and is fixed. It works on 230v ac single-phase power supply using rectifier and thyristor circuit.
