• Remove oil, grease, dirt, welding flux, mill scale, corrosion, products, oxides, loose particles by solvent cleaning or sand papering in case of metals.
• Clean and Dry surface.
• Level deformities if any by application of N. C. Putty, Polyester Putty depending upon type of substrate.
• Carry out sanding with water emery paper and polish same to a fine finish.
• Apply one coat of Primer and allow 8-12 hours of drying.
• Apply two coats of Polyurethane Paint at re-coat intervals of 8-12 hours.
