Product Profile of Modified Aliphatic Amine Curing Agents
Aditya Birla Management Corporation Limited is the manufacturer of Modified Aliphatic Amine Curing Agents. Aditya Birla Management Corporation Limited is an ISO-9001:2000, ISO-14001, OSHAS-18001, BS-8800 and TIS-18001 accredited company. The Modified Aliphatic Amines are room temperature reacting curing agents derived from aliphatic amines. The basic aliphatic amines are modified to reduce their vapor-pressure and thereby reduce their corrosiveness. The modification is also done to optimize the hardness, reactivity, handling time of system and also to improve the carbonation resistance. The Modified Aliphatic Amine Curing Agents are available in various grades.
Key Features of Modified Aliphatic Amine Curing Agents
- TH7201: High reactivity combined with excellent chemical resistance to various chemicals. Most suitable in combination with EPOTEC resin BYD 7201 for highly chemical resistant floorings.
- TH7202: Provides very good chemical and heat resistance. Can be used as an accelerator and viscosity modifier for other curing agents.
- TH7203: Excellent chemical resistance, capable to cure at 10 Degree C. Can be used for chemically resistant floorings and as an accelerator for other amine curing agents.
- TH7207: Faster cure even in presence of high humidity. Can be used for solvent free coatings, floorings and as an accelerator for other amine curing agents.
- TH7210: Provide excellent resistance to solvents and alcohols in combination with bisphenol-F and epoxy novolac resins. Can be used as an accelerator for other curing agents.
- TH7211: Low viscosity and good colour makes it ideal for pot life enhancer for other curing agents, high solids/solvent free coatings, floorings, laminates and adhesives. Extremely good carbonation resistance.
- TH7212: Very low viscosity can be used at lower temperatures. It shows rapid build-up of mechanical strength as well as good adhesion to concrete. Can be used in adhesives, concrete impregnation and patch repair compounds. Ideal for crack injection systems.
- TH7903: Faster cure at lower temperatures and can be cured in presence of high humid conditions. Mainly used in chemically resistant coatings, adhesives, laminates, mortars, gel coats, concrete repairing compounds and for bonding old concrete to new concrete.
- TH7905: High reactivity and low viscosity. Excellent resistance to organic acids and solvents. Good adhesion to concrete and steel. Can be cured at low temperature and in presence of high humidity.
