Arvind furniture offers a tool cabinet to organise expensive tools and components so that they are protected and remain in service for a long time. This will also facilitate effortless retrieval to save time in searching, effectively increasing production. The tool cabinet housing is designed to ensure integrity of shape and load bearing capacity. Salient features include: simple push button, high quality central lock; powder coated with superior paint, available in ral 7001 grey and drawer fascia in green; single piece deep drawn steel drawers with smooth radiused corners that enable easy cleaning, which increases tool life; for improved space utilisation, an instant flexible divider system in various dimensions suitable to the type of tools or components to be stored; and lightweight heavy duty drawer that can take load up to 100 kg udl. The drawers run on smooth slides. The cabinet is a square structure of 600 mm x 600 mm in width and depth. It is available in variable height from 400 mm to 1,000 mm and drawer fascia height available in combination of size of 100, 150, 200 and 300 mm, to accommodate tool height. This tool cabinet also has provision to add heavy-duty castors to convert it into a trolley, or mobile unit. Handles could be fitted externally.
