It is also used in pre-baking forming of marie and salty biscuits. The rotary dough cutter machine`s unit is powered by 1.5 kw, helical geared motor controls. Hard dough rotary cutter is manufactured by the admir oven`s speed is controlled by ac frequency controller.
The salient features of the rotary cutter are as follows:

• A rubber lined, adjustable anvil roller, to control pressure.

• The friction of the cutting web drives the anvil roller.

• There is separate drive for the anvil roller.

• A guard is provided with the cutting roll for the safety reasons. Removal of the guard will stop the machine.
