The dough mixer is manufactured by Admir Ovens. The Dough Mixer is used to mix ingredients like flour, sugar, fat, water and other chemicals for making hard or soft or fermented dough for making biscuits. The Dough Mixer manufactured by Admir Oven has a base plate over it and two sided frames are fitted. The two-sided frames are designed to take the load of the mixing chamber of bread dough mixer. The dough mixer manufactured by Admir Oven is fitted on the side frames. The Dough Mixer manufactured by the Admir Ovens has two Z/sigma type mixing blades fitted in it, in the mixing chamber. The capacity of the Dough mixer manufactured by the Admir Ovens is 100 kgs to 300kgs flour per batch. The salient features of the Dough machine manufactured by Admir Ovens are as follows:

• The two zigma blades in the mixer chamber of the dough machine rotate at different speeds in opposite direction to mix soft or hard dough.

• The tilting device that is fitted to the mixing device of the dough machine is electrically operated.

• The dough machine is covered from all the sides, to protect the machine from dust and to prevent accident.

• The contact part of the machine is made of mile sheet or of cast iron.

• Double oil sealed with gland rope protects the mixing bowl and the four blades to ensure fluid leakage from the mixing chamber.

• The dough mixer has the power load of 10HP & 1 HP, 20HP & 2HP, 30 HP & 3 HP respectively.
