The Bread Baking Oven manufactured by the Advin Oven has got equally divided zones of radiator. The body of the Bread Baking Oven is made of steam tight tunnels. To prevent the expansion of the oven section, stainless steel joints are provided between the zones of the radiators of the Bread Baking Oven. For inspection purposes, when the baking process is in progress, within the oven, the Admin Ovens provide inspection doors to the Bread baking Oven. The firing chambers are insulated with minerwoll from outside that conserves heat and increase efficiency. The temperature of the firing chamber is controlled by an automatic temperature controller, placed on the control panel. An automatic burner is also fitted to the firing chamber. 10" thick mineral wool insulation from top, bottom and the sides covers the whole Biscuit Baking Oven. In the downward portion of the oven, CRC sheets cover the side of Bread Baking Oven. This protects the conveyor and avoids the loss of heat.
