The temperature of the firing chamber is controlled by an automatic temperature controller, placed on the control panel. 10" thick mineral wool insulation from top, bottom and the sides covers the whole Biscuit Baking Oven. In the downward portion of the oven, CRC sheets cover the side of it. This protects the conveyor and avoids the loss of heat.
