Product Profile of Galvanized Sheet Metal Cable Tray
Galvanized sheet metal cable tray is available in perforated type, ladder type or box type. Metal cable tray is manufactured from the hot dipped galvanized sheet metal and the tray is designed for a uniform load of at least 200n per 1000 mm tray. Galvanized sheet metal cable tray is fabricated in a length of 2.4 meters.

- GI sheet steel having minimum thickness of 1.6mm up to 300mm tray and 2mm thickness for 450mm, 600mm and 750mm which can be used for indoor/out door use having moderate humidity and air pollution
- Zinc coating surface with a approximate thickness of 80 micron
- Joints of two trays will be butt construction and the joints will be coupled with the help of coupler plates by nuts and bolts
- Coupler plates, nuts and bolts will be properly hot dip galvanized
- Supported on the supporting arrangement made approximately at a distance of 0.1 to 1.2m center to center either from ground/wall or ceiling
- Painted with two coats of zinc chromate primer followed by two coats of synthetic enamel paint
- Perforated trays are free from sharp edges and burns
