Industrial grade vibrator controller provides output current of 24v dc. Vibrator controller consits of two ports. Industrial grade vibrator controller works on voltage rating of 260v.
Key Features of Industrial Grade Vibrator Controller
- Output of the controller is short -circuited, the fuse inside the controller will be blown to protect the controller and vibratory feeder from further damage
- Lock all buttons on the conttol panel by pressing the ON/OFF button and hold for 2 seconds to prevent misoperation
- Max Adjustable Output Voltage can be preset to protect the vibratory feeder from damage caused by high voltage
- Internal temperature of the controller gets too high
- Conttoller will stop its output to protect itself
- Output current exceeds its rated value by Misoperation, the controller Will stop its output to protect the controller and vibratoty feeder

- Switch sensor ot PLC can be connected to them to turn on/off the controller
- CUH Intelligent Photoelectric Sensor can be connected to turn on/off the controller
- Output Voltage of the controller can be adjusted remotely by an external potentiometer
