• Heavy Duty CI frames, parts manufactured to close tolerance for high speed operation and trouble free performance.

• Unwind unit equipped with standard mechanical or optional fully automatic digital tension controllers, load sensors, pneumatic shafts for quick loading of reels and edge guiding system.

• Mechanically operated or optional pneumatically activated rubber roller impression system for printing units.

• Optional in feed/out feed unit for automation through advanced synchronised drive system.

• Mechanical longitudinal and transverse registering arrangement or optional motorised length register control system complete with linear register assembly and synchro motor at each station.

• Control for hot air blower operation, registration control, temperature control, pneumatic operation etc. Provided at each station with isolated main panel.

• Optional flame proof ink circulation system for each station.

• Individual hot air blowers for each station with temperature controls and high velocity blowers.

• Mechanical friction clutch driven rewind with separate drive or optional synchronised tension controlled drive.
