Presented by vasavi electrononics digital turns tester & lcrtz meter is ideal for toroidal coils like energy meter transformers, it has four modes of testing: turns and polarity testing; inductance/dc resistance test; and turns polarity, inductance and dc resistance all at one go, with rs 232c control. The other features of the meter are as follows: set limits for pass/fail; takes printed report if needed; can test more than 2,000 coils per shift; for turns testing three are 2 different platforms: ttpt 100 for 500 turns below and ttpt 1000 for 500 t to 10,000 t; can test turns for any other transformer or coil with core. The fourth mode: by adding 20 pin scanner and rs232c control, can set up automatic testing of transformers at one stroke, all the windings. The test procedure can be pre-programmed and stored. Test parameters include inductance, capacitance, ac resistance, dc resistance, impedance, leakage inductance, transformation ratio, winding polarity, unbalance or matching. Even without having a scanner one can test multiple pins by pause option, yet having an effect of scanner.
