High Speed Brushing & Tipping Machine has the main conveyor which consists of two narrow number belts running on cast iron wheels. High Speed Brushing & Tipping Machines are heavy and require no foundation. Electrodes from the magnetic pull-out belt strike the spring loaded plate and fall on to the narrow rubber belts. A corrugated rubber belt aligns the electrodes parallel. Two separate lateral aligning belts positions the electrodes before brushing and chambering. The operating speed of the machine is 100 to 1000 electrodes per minute depending on capacity.
