Vaddigiri factory automation manufactures high technology and innovative cnc fine boring machine for high dynamics. This machines are provided with 1,000 m/min cutting speed; 1,00 mm/mm feed rate during forward semi-finish cycle and 1,050 m/min cutting speed; 600 mm/mm feed rate during reverse finish cycle by deflecting boring bar by nt system. This machine has a special boring bar integrated with nt technology for applications like semi-finish boring, rare chamfer, rear counter bore, top counter bores, and finish boring in one cycle with single spindle axis. Thus, three machines in one machine do performing operations. Some of the technical features of the cnc boring machines are spindle head with ac inbuilt motor; and enveloped guideway system for z-axis to produce bores with less the 0.005 cylindricity at high cutting parameters. With nt system, boring bar position can be deflected radially in 1 micron for tool wear compensation apart from deflection of boring bar for forward semi-finish and reverse finish boring.
