Metal Made Industrial Centrifuge has basket made using perforated stainless steel and mild steel cylinder with a top lip. The Centrifuge is used for brewery, distillery, dairy, pharmaceuticals, and chemical industries. The Metal Made Industrial Centrifuge has spring loaded band brake with suitable lining fitted to machine and controlled by a handle and the power is transmitted from motor to the basket by means of v belts, fluid coupling or mechanical clutch fitted to motor shaft or the main shaft.

Key Features of Metal Made Industrial Centrifuge

• The basket is made out of perforated stainless steel and mild steel cylinder with a top lip.
• The perforations are 8 mm diameter at a triangular pitch of 30 mm.
• The perforated cylinder is welded and riveted to steel flange fixed with cast iron cone for seating of the shaft.
• Basket is dynamically balanced.
• The outer is of welded construction and is bolted to the volute chamber flange with asbestos packing.
• The power will be transmitted from motor to the basket by means of v belts, fluid coupling or mechanical clutch is fitted to motor shaft or the main shaft.
