Presenting sugramol-1400 is a uniquely formulated, alll-in-one product especially designed for the internal treatment of water used in smoke tube boilers. It contains a corrosion inhibitor, an anti-scalaant and a sludge conditioner. It is formulated for the treatment of smoketube boilers using soft feed water. It contains a precise blend of chemical softening agent, polymeric sludge conditioner, alkalinity builder, organic sequestrant and a mixture of oxygen scavanger. Benefits: contains a polymeric sludge conditioner which fluidises sludge and removal of sludge is done during normal blowdown; a powerful anti-scalant prevents calcium and iron deposition and also helps in the removal of existing scale; the combination of a sludge conditioner and the anti-scalant keeps the boiler clean; and contains a corrosion inhibitor which forms a protective passive film over the boiler heat transfer surface.
