This Cough Expectorant is taken in case of bronchial asthma, emphysema etc. Cough Expectorant for Chronic Bronchitis is manufactured by Anglo-French Drugs & Industries Ltd. The Company has received WHO GMP approval. Anglo-French Drugs & Industries Ltd also manufactures various types of single vitamin injectionables and a combination of B complex vitamins. The Cough Expectorant for Chronic Bronchitis, also known as Codylex Expectorant, has 15 mg ambroxol hydrochloride BP1, 50 mg guaiphenesin IP and 1.25 mg terbutaline sulphate IP in each 5 ml. This Cough Expectorant is recommended in dosage of 10 ml, 3 times a day for adults, 5 ml, twice daily for 1-5 years children, 5 ml, 3 times daily for 5-10 years children and 10 ml thrice daily for above 10 years children.
