Industrial Grade Discharge Rod has strong electrical and mechanical strength up to 11 KV, 22 KV, 33 KV, 66 KV, 132 KV, 145 KV, 220 KV, 400 KV systems. The Rod has height of 20 feet and assembles height of 18 feet. The Rod is made using pultruded fibre reinforced plastic and has smooth and glossy surface. The Rod has top section diameter of 25 mm, bottom section diameter of 45 mm and has hook and discharge rod, made of tinned copper fitted with spring loaded contacts suitable for round/ flat conductors up to 30 mm diameter/ thickness. The Rod has 1 X 10 sq mm PVC flexible copper conductor of 1100 v grade cable fitted with heavy duty gripping clamp and requires voltage of 11 KV/ 22 KV/ 33 KV and earthling temperature of 100 KV. The Industrial Grade Discharge Rod has nut bolt type locking system, bottom section with fibre reinforced plastic made safe guard and has epoxy coating from 80 to 100 micron.
