Pulveriser for Masterbatch/ PVC is available from 30 kg/ hr to 500 kg/ hr and is used for grinding varieties of granulated material including high and low density plastics such as linear low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, rigid polyvinyl chloride, ethylene-vinyl acetate etc. The Pulveriser comes with optional attachment such as pneumatic hopper loader/ unloader cooling tower, PLC, servo feeder system. The Pulveriser has disk size from 300 to 600 mm, main motor from 15 to 120 HP, LLDPE output from 60 to 500 kgs/ hr, RPVC output from 70 to 550 kgs/ hr, masterbatch output from 60 to 550 kgs/ hr. The Pulveriser ensures uniform and smooth powder/ partical size, microprocessor based machine control panel with digital display, temperature indicator for monitoring and control and has properly designed cyclonic system for ease of cleaning with bag filter arrangement. The Pulveriser for Masterbatch/ PVC comes with efficient hopper magnet in hopper to detect the metallic parts from the polymer and has feeding hopper showing low level indicator and auto tripping system is available in case of overload feeding main motor ampere and feeding device are synchronized to avoid tripping of motor due to over feed.
