Electric Hoist with Motor is suitable for small industries and is simple for maintenance. The Hoist has wire rope drum that is fabricated from seamless pipe and machine cut spiral grooves and has rope guide completely encircling the drum to hold the rope in its groove at all the times and providing for rope in drum groove. The Hoist has alloy steel made hobbed teeth helical spur gears with solid pinions all duly treated and comes with fan cooled induction motors with high starting torque crane duty 415 V, 3 phase motors. The Hoist can be availed with ac electro-hydraulic thrusters brakes/ electro-magnetic disc/ shoe type brakes and has hooks which are shank type supported on anti-friction thrust bearing and the mild steel made pulley. The Hoist has capacity from 0.5 to 10 ton, require power from 1 to 10 HP, weight from 150 to 1025 kg. The Hoist has the feature that it can be controlled by pendant/ radio remote and combination of these and the components are enclosure in sheet metal box.
