Industrial Grade Tray Dryer has inner and outer chamber made out of thick mild steel sheet. The Dryer comes with heavy duty forced air blower to constantly circulate hot air to achieve uniform temperature in the hole chamber. The Dryer has double wall door that is mounted on heavy hinges and provided with heavy moulded latch. The Dryer has the feature that temperature is controlled by a thermostat and it can be read on dial type thermometer and is available in temperature ranging from 50 ° C to 250 ° C. The Dryer can be availed with optional timer from 0 to 24 hours, digital temperature indicator cum-controller and has aluminium tray of 16" X 32" X 1.4" size. The Dryer can be availed in various capacities from 8 trays of 16" X 32" X 1 ¼" size to 96 trays of 16" X 32" X 1 ¼" size. The Industrial Grade Tray Dryer is workable on no v AC 50Hz single phase or 440V AC supply.
